It's amazing how time flies, I remember like it was just yesterday when I was in junior high watching flash movies and playing flash games on this website. I wish I would of made my account back then, so it would show on my userpage.

Well, I wanted to share a very special game with you. It's called Combat Instinct. Combat instinct is probably one of the most influential flash games I ever played. Back in the day it was thought as great shit.

The game has 2 sequels which are worth playing, and a fantastic movie to boot. I feel the series got good attention but I think it could of gotten better attention. Please vote five for all of McfretN's work. As he has not only showed us what could be done with flash 5 (I believe). He's also made an awesome fictional world and has shown that anything is possible with pen and paper (essentially)

Happy birthday to me, it's June 18th. And thanks to everybody at Newgrounds for giving me something to do those long boring nights of junior high and high school.

I find it rather ridiculous about how many daily submissions we get of half-made shitfest games and movies only showing a small percentage of the finished product. Why do it?

With newgrounds having it's own blogging system I could easily make an annoucement here or on the forums about a project.

Why I think people submit demos? Because they are so eager to get their work on the portal and are too lazy to put work and time into making a decent submission.

Patience is a virtue and people need to start making use of it.

I guess seeing the amount of shit submissions gets to me after a while. Yeah, I got a flash project I'm working on but I'm not ready to release details about it. I plan to make my first and probably only flash submission worthy of viewing complete with smooth frame animation and sound.

What do you folks think? Do you like the current trend of submissions? Agree or disagree I'm all ears.

I have to admit, I've been on newgrounds for a while. I started visiting this site back when I was in junior high. (High school graduate now)

I suppose I'll always enjoy the website. And although I don't agree with some of the direction the site has taken. I still feel it's a great place to see some great artistic vision some people really have.

Finally I got some spare-time to start doing some reviews on newgrounds again. It's nice always being able to come here to kill time. It's very relaxing watching flash films other people make and having the power to comment/vote on them.

All my life I've always tried for a good gaming system. It's been my dream to have the "ultimate" computer capable to run every next-gen game with a full frame rate.

Money is to tight right now and with my parents splitting up it seems like I'm always going to be stuck with a machine that doesn't pull the power to run the nice games.

Gaming for me is such a passion. It's just a shame that I don't have the cash to persue it faster.

Someday I'll have that gaming platform that blows the competition to hell. And I promise that side case will have a newgrounds tank.

This website is the best website in the world. I've been coming here since I was a child and now I'm a starving college student still coming here when I need to laugh or cry and..well vomit.

I got to say that the new website design is simply superb. I would also like to thank Tom Fulp for personally changing my name from Knives87 to Knives. It was a very appreciated gesture. As always I am going to forever be a loyal fan to this great community.
