Most excellent submission.

I enjoyed the entire flash film from beginning to end. The animation was superb and the story was fantastic.

Very Nostalgic.

Reviewing this movie at the age of 21 really brings up the memories of when I was in junior high playing pokemon blue and red, using that trick to get the snorelax at level 131 or whatever it was.

After really thinking about it, it's a very odd glitch. And I'm glad you bought up the cartridge erasing part because I've had friends who actually caught it and got their file deleted.

Now to review the movie.

Fundamentally it was retarded, but that was clearly the point. In some mix match of nostalgia and the desire to lower myself into a vat of acid I found the flash to be rather enjoyable from beginning to end.

You actually had decent animation and great use of sound which says a lot.

Yeah it's the kind of thing I usually make pretty much. It'd be a lot better if I could actually draw or animate skillfully but since I refused to study art in school I'm stuck with what I got.

Very well made.

Now I'm sure you're aware of the obvious pointers you're gonna receive about how many frames you needed to make it better or whatever.

But for some reason I found the entire movie fairly delightful. You made excellent use of sound and sound effect and the animation was there enough to actually create a plot and play it out very well.

You definitely put in more effort that a lot of people do.

But as usual, try making work that isn't so rushed.

Interesting to say the least.

While the flash didn't really offer much in terms of actual "animation". The comedy made up for it.

The only thing I can really suggest is a better microphone.

Nice work.

I can see the time it took to make the flash. But the flash itself was rather boring. Incorporating some sort of silent story or just something interesting to look at would of given you a really high score.

It has potential.

The two big pluses the movie had was the great and fantastic use of sound. (I noticed the doom 64 pistol shot sound in the power dad smack) and the use of story (Even if it makes no sense).

The animation, although meant to look crappy could of been made in more detail and had a better effect, at least with me.

Dedicated to me?

Over all the flash movie was a good representation of what emos probably do in their private time on a computer. The choice of music was great and the voice acting was also done to a fair standard.

However, more animation could of been put into the project, I know it takes longer but a little more detail and some other movements/sounds (Keyboard noises) can really enhance a flash.

For a quickie it was pretty good.

Obviously I'm not the knives you dedicated the flash too, but over all it was well done.

Haha, thanks for the tips. Yeah, I was thinking of adding a little more, but who knows. Maybe Ep.2 will be epic. :P

Oh, and you are the knives it's dedicated to. It has a script that dedicated the flash to whoever's watching the video, haha.

Needs alot of work

You need to put more frames of animation in to make it look more fliud, plan and draw better backgrounds and work on your story production quality.

It had sound, which was a plus, but it seems like you were trying to accomplish somthing out of your skill range, step back and try something easier.

It was okay.

The Good,
I really enjoy reading who made the movie, and the actors in the beginning, it reminds me of how they used to make movies back in the day. It's a good touch.

The sound was great, Although the recording methods used (My guess a normal headset) limited the quality you did a good job at putting it all together.

The character design is unique to say the least. And for a flash animation with sound it was very acceptable.

Great story, I enjoyed the plot.

The bad.
The animation was acceptable, but could of been better.

The backgrounds were rather poorly done, making a static background that looks good should always be a priority.

Over all it was a joy to watch, I'll be looking out for your other submissions.

Truely a fantastic submission.

The use of the 3D models in this flash was a very interesting way to go in terms of presenting your story.

Although the animation was not super fluid, it's to be expected as it takes longer to draw. The style of drawing reminds me of Zelda the Windwaker at some points. I personally found it to be a very creative form of animation.

The sound was very well done, I am really glad to finally see a submission with some effort in terms of sound, as the last I reviewed was Power Star 4.

The story was solid, the flash looked and felt great. And I enjoyed the show.
